Polyfest 2019
Have you been to Polyfest? Polyfest is a famous event in NZ that has been running for forty-four years. Polyfest is a cultural event that offers a range of activities, food stands, and cultural performances.
Polyfest schools day is when schools come together and go around doing activities. Our school did many activities that included dancing, education, and more. Polyfest provides a wonderful opportunity for all learning levels to engage with a wide variety of cultures including performances, speeches, food stands, arts, and craft.
When Pt England went to Polyfest our best highlights were the food stands and, the activities we got to play. We also had a chance to watch the Maori performances, we also had a chance to watch educated learners project their own speech to us. Our other highlights were getting to play games that were challenging and also learning about how to escape a fire, we also shared some knowledge about how we can help our communities succeed in life and in the future and also we also wished that we could change the world as in change the way we are now and change the way we learn at school those kinds of things.
